why when i charge Giftcard, Some of them went through and sent directly to my email, but some of them get cancelled after complete of purchase. And the success rate of Giftcard is so low 5/10 (my experience)
I just wonder why they decline the transaction, and if the real owner buy giftcard do they get cancelled and refund.
