Very paranoid question

So back when I was on Windows before I set up Tails I created my Dread account on Tor. However, I didn’t know a lot of things, such as going to tor.taxi so I can be redirected to a legit link for the site. Instead what I did was search on duck duck go “dread forum” and clicked on one of the top links. It did redirected me to this exact same site, however I’m a bit paranoid. Since I made my account on the duck duck go search link instead of going to tor.taxi first, is there some possibility that my account could be compromised and that someone knows what I am doing or whatever. Do I need to create a new one?
