What can I do with these details? Best way to cash out?

Moving away from carding and got with a dude who has access to a couple thousand accounts. He has the info of the owner, name, address, phone #, DOB, SSN, acct # and routing # of their bank and some even their debit card info. I need help with ideas on how to best cash out from these and also how to check balances if anyone has any methods of this or checking for micro deposits. The accounts are 100% valid as they come from the owners themselves and not spamming or hacks. Any help is great TIA
